Google on Wednesday unveiled an all-new Google Pay app for Android and iOS users. along side a replacement logo and style , Google Pay has been launched with a number of latest features that are almost like the app in India. The redesigned app has been launched within the US.

Talking about the app, Caesar Sengupta, head & VP, Google said, “ Today we’re taking a crucial breakthrough in our quest to form money simple, secure and helpful. Starting within the U.S., we’re launching a redesigned Google Pay app on Android and iOS. The new app is meant around your relationships with people and businesses. It helps you economize and provides you insights into your spending. It’s built with multiple layers of security to stay your money and knowledge private and safe. And in 2021, it’ll offer you the prospect to use for a replacement quite digital checking account with trusted financial institutions.”

Although Indian users have received the new Google Pay logo, there are a number of the features that are yet to arrive in India. as an example , the redesigned Google Pay allows users to order food from the app but that feature is merely available within the US and not in India. However, users in India can link their accounts with other apps to form payments.

The all-new Google Play has also made it easier for a gaggle of friends to separate a bill. So so as to separate the food bill, rent or other expenses users can create a gaggle to separate the bill, and keep track of who’s paid during a single place. Google Pay will even assist you do the maths on who owes what. Google Pay within the US will allow users to shop for gas at over 30,000 gas stations and buy parking in over 400 cities, all from within the app.

Google Pay also will help users in saving money and redeeming offers from stores. “If you select to attach your checking account or cards to Google Pay, the app will provide periodic spending summaries and show your trends and insights over time—giving you a clearer view of your finances,” Sengupta said within the blog.

The search giant has assured that it might never sell users’ data to 3rd parties or share their transaction history with the remainder of Google for targeting ads.

Apart from all the features, Google has also launched Plex, its mobile-first checking account integrated into Google
